Obviously, 15-year-olds seeking learner permits account for a large number of the people who come to the (driver's license) stations each day. If we can develop an effective way to test many at once, it will greatly impact the number of people in line overall. At this time, this is just a pilot project, but results of the initial round of testing are encouraging.
