There's a bigger transition period for a kicker. You're used to kicking off a tee in high school. You don't have the same rush. You don't get in as many pressure kicks. It takes maybe two years for a kicker to get everything underneath him. If you can get three solid years out of a kicker, I think that's a lot.

I think when you have that it makes other people change what they want to do from a punting standpoint... Larry has a tremendous amount of confidence back there and I thought he made great decisions when the ball was kicked away from him going to get them and pick it up and make something happen.
