This is a muddy situation with a lot of issues... As a company, we are feverishly working to resolve all of those to everyone's satisfaction, including Butler County, because frankly I don't think anyone benefits with the situation escalating beyond what it already has.

I just don't think anybody in Lowell is going to stand up. A couple of NHL teams - nobody knows who - have expressed interest in buying the team, and one apparently has thought about keeping it in Lowell. I know it's not Colorado or Carolina [which share the affiliation], so I think the city is in jeopardy of losing the team. If somebody is going to buy it, they'll have to do it soon.
