Tim (who farmed in Iowa and managed a grain elevator at the time) and Joan had four kids and they are avid readers and watched the (1980s) TV show. They went up there twice on vacation. It was just an irrigated soybean field when Tim bought it. We always worked with Tim and his family and we wanted to do what it took to make it go.
