We never got in a rhythm, and that's what we are trying to eliminate... We are trying to start faster and get in a rhythm. This was a tough season, and the club, players and fans deserve better. There were some unexpected challenges, but in any case our record isn't good enough. I think we've built a foundation here for the team to make considerable strides in the future, and our achievements in the past are something I'll be proud of. But there is no denying all of the effort we put in didn't provide the results you need in this league.
