The [South] Korean FTC paid an unscheduled visit to our offices in Seoul on Tuesday of this week. It happened during normal business hours. It's part of a previously announced and ongoing inquiry into our business practices. We are continuing to cooperate and expect that at the end of the Day, they will conclude that our business practices are both fair and lawful.
