We think the measure too narrowly defines what is classroom funding. We know that kids who aren't healthy mentally or physically, or if they have special needs that requires nursing support if they don't have those things, they won't do their best in the classroom.

I think generally, people were pretty pleased that it wasn't as widespread as it could have been. But it's still a challenge for those schools, and we want to make sure they're cleaned up.
