We're a better defense than we were at the beginning of the year, and that's because we've got so many young players learning a new system ( Ted Cottrell 's) and so many young players playing at this level for the first time. I don't know what everybody else would call it. I'd call it progress.

It's a shame to see him retire. But whoever's next up certainly has a big responsibility to carry on. Certainly as time wears on, there will be new challenges.
