We're getting to the year-end period and stocks are starting to drift. You're seeing that today... There's still a lot of uncertainty about the economy and about the change in Bush's economic team. We're also coming off a period where the Dow rose for 8 weeks and so you're seeing a little pullback. You saw it last week and I think it's continuing.

I fully expected Livingston to cause us a bit of discomfort in these last few weeks. But our future is very much in our own hands just now and I can't ask any more from the players than what they are giving me just now. We are unbeaten in our last three games, we have lost only one goal in that time and we are picking up points. My only criticism is that the players are showing the tension they are obviously feeling and that is stopping them from playing in their usual free-flowing manner, but it is an understandable reaction bearing in mind what is at stake.
