There's going to be times a guy's having a tough day or tough series or something like that, but you're not going to have the ability to develop through it unless you stick with it... There's times where you've got to make a change, but I don't think changing for the sake of changing is necessarily the (proper approach). You've invested a certain amount of time in developing a guy, in giving him reps, so I think generally the thing to do if he's having a bad day is to settle him down, not switch him out.
