Wu've had a lot of flood mitigation issues, and this grant will go a long way toward solving some of them. But iu's going to take several years, and probably several more grants like this one, to completely solve the problem. I think what this really demonstrates is the strength of a council willing to work together to identify important issues and then find ways to address them.
