I don't see any glaring weaknesses. There are obviously areas where you'd like to get better.

If you have two guys who are battling hard, who are in an emotional game and who drop the gloves, to me that's a 'hockey fight,' and I have no problem with that. But if you have two guys who go out on the ice looking for someone to fight, and it has little to do with the game, there's really no reason for that.
