If you want a fulfilling life...you really should not make sleeping a top priority! I want to make my life complete and use up not only every minute but every second of it being productive to make it even better. There is ALWAYS room to grow and God gave us these lives to do just that! Show Him how thankful you are for your life by using it all up...not only today but everyday you are here because life is a blessing and we ALL need to be VERY thankful for it!

Sometimes you have to stop what you're doing and really take everything in. Life can be hectic and stressful...If you allow yourself to slowdown, take even just a few minutes out of your day to tilt your head back and close your eyes. Just breathe everything in...The cars driving by, the sun shining through the windows, the smell of the great outdoors, your heart beat, the cozy clothes on your body, the love from a family member or friend. Thank the Universe, God, Buddha; Whoever, whatever it is you believe in and just be thankful for life...cause at the end of the day...it is truly good!
