I have to say, if you read the reprimand, a fair reading is that Harry Schmidt intended to murder these people. They published it on the Web site. It is not what he agreed to Article 15 (hearing) for. He agreed to dereliction of duty, not murder. And your reputation is worth something.

There is nothing that we plan to submit to the court of inquiry on Monday nor does plea bargain have anything to do with this case. Beyond that, Cmdr.
