I don't think the studios know what they want. It changes every day. On the one hand, there's legal infringement but, on the other hand, they're promoting the movie so you don't really want to be a bad guy and send out a cease and desist [notice].

People paid Sony for music, not an invasion of their computers. Sony must right the wrong it has committed. Recalling the CD's is a beginning step in the process, but there is a whole lot more mess to clean up.
