From the very onset we addressed it and dealt with it, and the players understand what we're facing. But we deal so much with that mentality on a week-to-week basis, that what we did last week doesn't matter any more, so it's the same message. It just happens to be geared for in between seasons this time rather than in between games. But I think the players have understood and responded to it. I think right now they are just going to rehab it and see how the shoulder reacts to the rehabilitation. I think there was a dislocation involved. He'll be day to day. You can put a harness on it. There's different ways you can adjust it to play. It's way too early to tell yet (if he will play in two weeks).
