It feels really good to have this opportunity right now. But we still have things we want to get done. We're not just happy making it to the Elite Eight. Being in that position knowing that something needed to happen and wanting to really take over and be that person who made something happen was important. I think that is just something I felt like I needed to do before. I am trying to be that kind of steady person we need to have going into the (NCAA) tournament.

There's just so many things going through your head as a freshman knowing the plays, knowing when to cut, knowing what to do. It really is tough to find that kind of balance as a freshman. I think it's something you have to kind of play through to find, too. It's just part of being a freshman.
