While he was playing during the summer, Dave landed on his shoulder and hurt his shoulder. He wasn't able to play at all for three months, so this year has almost been a waste for him. But he does everything we ask of him and he plays hard. He just needs to get a little stronger.

It's the toughest group I've ever had to deal with. The reason why we've been so inconsistent this year has been the players just not buying into our philosophy. I've been trying to teach the game of basketball and life skills at the same time. It's been tough and frustrating, because with the talented players we have, we should be at the top of the conference.
