Right now, I'd say he is in a state of shock. But that's to be expected from anyone who was just traded.

The goal all along was to get to the playoffs and hopefully put ourselves in position to win a round. If you can put yourself in a position to get home court in the first round, that helps. It could be that you get the No. 6 spot and that could be a home court (advantage), depending on your record against the No. 3 seed. That's mathematically still a possibility.
