This was a blatant attempt by the federal agents and the U.S. Attorney's office to usurp the judicial process. Rather than wait on a judge to decide whether the prosecutors have a right to these items, they went to another judge, got a warrant and just took it.

It's just a shame that this could happen. These people testified that they were intimidated into giving false testimony to the grand jury, being threatened with jail and all sorts of things. Then they came to court and after being told by a judge to tell the truth they did just that. Now they may face charges because they had the courage to tell the truth. It's just a shame.

It appears to me that they are trying to drum up another charge against Tyrone and at the same time make us witnesses against him at the grand jury. What that would do is get us disqualified as his counsel. I certainly hope that the judge sees through this and doesn't allow it to happen.
