We had a discussion with Rogers and his understanding of what the crew told him was that the trees would be removed totally. We don't plan to remove any trees completely. I went out there and visited with him and he seemed OK with what was going on.

What we're trying to do is trim a 10-foot safety zone. But each tree is going to be different. We take a look at the species, how old it is and how it's been trimmed before. Rogers' tree had been trimmed privately in the past and most of the growth was upward.
