If I had to categorize it, I would say the area of extreme fire conditions extend over a good portion of Texas and Oklahoma. Once we get into mid-February, the problem will probably widen into southern New Mexico and Arizona, but until then the focus will be concentrated on almost all of Oklahoma and most of Texas. - Rick Ochoa
