I'm happy about the way I played this week. It is an excellent preparation for the upcoming tournaments held on clay and also for next week's Fed Cup tie.

Even though I was falling behind, I stayed positive and believed in my chances of winning. I felt very good hitting from the baseline and was moving my opponent pretty well so I thought the momentum would shift if I continued playing like that. I kept my concentration and was able to get the win.
