Obviously, we have suffered a reduction in values in the affected areas, and we need to make sure reductions don't trigger increased taxes on the other taxpayers in the parish... That's not a way to get people to stay, and it's not a way to get people to come back. To the extent that it's unclear in the law, the more it needs to be clarified.
